30+ years and still going strong!
Since 1984, Cockrums Meat Processing has been serving customers by providing the finest custom processing of livestock and wild game. Randy Cockrum and his wife Anjie, built the company and reputation on a guarantee that customers can rest assured when they leave their animals with Cockrums, they know they will get all of their own meat, processed to their specifications.
Cockrums has always catered to wild game hunters, and in 2004 we expanded our services to include taxidermy. Thirty-year veteran taxidermist, Scott Roam, joined the family as a full time onsite taxidermist. As business grew (we process as many as 3,300 deer per season), we called upon many family members to help. This has truly made Cockrums a family run business.
In addition to our butchering, processing, and taxidermy services, the Cockrum family owns and operates Cockrums Farms. Located in Arkansas, 600+ acres are home to over 200 head of cattle. We understand how important your animals are to you and your family, and we know how hard you work. That’s what makes us different—we truly know what it takes to raise your own meat as a result his allows us to offer “home grown” beef at reasonable prices.
You may have seen us at the local fairs and shows. The Cockrum family supports future generations by investing in our young farmers and young hunters. We pride ourselves as being apart of the community. Every year we participate in Hunters Feeding the Hungry, as well as programs led by local churches and food banks.
We send out a special thank you to all of our loyal customers—your patronage has allowed us to serve the public for over 30 years. If you have never tried Cockrums, we hope that you will let our family assist you with your butchering, processing and taxidermy needs.
From the field to the fork, Cockrums is here to serve you.
